color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background-color: rgb(247, 249, 251); "><b><b><b><p align="justify" dir="rtl"><font>نحن بحاجة إلى رؤیة نقدیة ضد الارهاب والتحریم الفكری<br><br><br>نعالج الیوم فی هذا المقال موضوعا غایة فی البساطة الشكلیة, وغایة فی التعقید فی محتواه: التعددیة شرط من شروط الدیمقراطیة. هذه الاطروحة النظریة تصطدم مع الواقع فی مواجهات عنیفة. ولتسهیل العرض ساقسم الحدیث على محاور اولا : فی حدیثنا عن التعددیة ، على مستوى الفكر ، سنقول ان التعددیة نتاج التنویر والعلمانیة , وظهور الدستور كمرجعیة حقوقیة لممارسة السلطة وتراجع اطروحة الحق الالهی فی الحكم . وتطور عملیة التنویر انما هو تاریخ الصراع ضد الشمولیة والواحدیة المطلقة سواء كانت دینیة ام وضعیة. اما على المستوی الاجتماعی فهی نتاج تنافس قوى اجتماعیة فی السوق والمجتمع ینافی اطروحة دكتاتوریة الطبقة الواحدة سواء فی المجتمع الاشتراكی او فی المجتمع الرأسمالی الذی یمكن ، فی مراحل معینة ، ان تتولى طبقة واحدة فرض الدكتاتوریة الاجتماعیة والسیاسیة علی المجتمع. وعلى المستوى السیاسی فالتعددیة نتاج عقد اجتماعی بین مختلف مستویات الدولة والمجتمع ، الدولة كممثلة لقیادة التوازن بین القوى السیاسیة والاجتماعیة الوطنیة او القومیة تعكس سلطتهم من خلال اختیارهم . وهذا احد فروق الدولة عن السلطة. فالتعددی كعقد تعنی قبول الاخر وقبول كل طرف لجمیع الاطراف فی ظل سیادة القانون. التعددیة على المستوى الثقافی تقوم على الحداثة . فلا حداثة بدون تعددیة . لان الحداثة تعبیر عن تجاوز الثبات الزمكانی الذی تحاول الشمولیات تكریسه . وهذا مظهر من مظاهر اسلوب الانتاج الاسیوی الذی اتسم بالركود علی مستوی التشكیلات الاقتصادیة الاجتماعیة, بسبب الحاجة إلى مركزیة الدولة وقدرتها على السیطرة والتوجیه, وبالتالی قدرتها على التحكم فی سیر العملیات الاجتماعیة والاقتصادیة, وهو مایشكل تمایزا عن التشكیلات الاجتماعیة –الاقتصادیة الخمس التی اتصفت بها اوروبا.&nbsp;</font></p></b></b></b></span></font><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); "><font class="Apple-style-span" size="3" face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">انسان‌شناسی و قوم‌شناسی، حوزه تخصصی ناصر فكوهی است و به جرات می‌توان گفت كمتر كسی به اندازه وی در چند سال اخیر در این زمینه تولید فرهنگی داشته است. خوشبختانه به مدد فعالیت او و برخی دیگر، در سال‌های اخیر، بحث در زمینه قوم‌شناسی دیگر به‌عنوان امری حاشیه‌ای، پیش‌پاافتاده و غیرواقعی تلقی نمی‌شود. از این گذشته، آثار او این حسن بزرگ را داشته و دارد كه صرفا یك دیدگاه بومی را دنبال نكرده است. ترجمه كتاب قوم‌شناسی سیاسی و همچنین تالیف همسازی و تعارض در هویت و قومیت و گفت‌وگوهای دیگر فكوهی در این زمینه گویای عمق تخصص و دقت اوست. می‌توان گفت با توجه به جهانی‌شدن، هویت حاشیه‌ای به فضایی قدرتمند بدل شده است مثلا در عرصه هنر معاصر می‌توان ادعا كرد كه هرگونه تلاشی برای درك عنصر خلاقه هنر مدرن، همواره ما را به نوعی در ارتباط با زبان هنری مناطق حاشیه‌ای قرار می‌دهد و این روند رو به رشد است. هویت‌های محلی در سرتاسر جهان كه تا دیروز امكان ابراز وجود نداشتند امروز با سرعتی خارق‌العاده خود را مطرح می‌كند. این هویت‌ها تاریخ پنهان خودشان را باز می‌یابند و آن را از آخر به اول روایت می‌كنند. آنها دریافتند كه تاریخی دارند و می‌توانند آن را بازگو كنند، هویت‌های حاشیه‌ای در تلاش برای پیدا كردن ریشه‌های خود دنبال كسب جایگاهی از طریق تاریخ پنهان‌شان برای بیان خود می‌گردند. در این خصوص تعدادی سوال پیش می‌آید كه با ناصر فكوهی در میان گذاشتیم.&nbsp;</font></div> text/html 2011-09-08T06:42:53+01:00 almouallem.mihanblog.com مؤسسة المعلم http://almouallem.mihanblog.com/post/41 <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; که در اردیبهشت ماه سال ۱۳۹۰در جشنواره&nbsp; دانش در دانشگاه گوتنبرگ سوئد نمایش داده شد باعث شد تا گفتگویی با کارگردان آن تنظیم کنم. این فیلم از اولین فیلم‌هایی به شمار می رود که مشکل دانش آموزان دوزبانه را مطرح میکرد و در سال ۸۱ جایزه بهترین فیلم جشنواره سوره در اهواز را از آن خود کرد، سپس در جشنواره فیلمهای اجتماعی آبادان و جشنواره فیلم بلوغ مورد تقدیر هیئت داوران قرار گرفت، بعد از آن در جشنواره‌ی بین المللی&nbsp; فیلم کوتاه تهران و سومین جشنواره‌ی جهانی فیلم اصفهان نمایش داده شد این فیلم&nbsp; در مراکز فرهنگی و چند دانشگاه دیگر از جمله دانشگاه تهران نیز به نمایش در‌آمد.</font></p></div></div></div></div></span>
